We are committed to protecting your privacy and providing you with control over your personal data. This page explains how you can request the deletion of your data from the NoodApp platform.

How to Delete Your Account and Data

You can permanently delete your account and all associated data directly from within the NoodApp mobile application. Please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your NoodApp account.
  2. Navigate to the Account tab in the main navigation menu.
  3. At the bottom of the Account page, you will find a button labeled Delete Account.
  4. Tap this button. You will be taken to a confirmation page.
  5. On the confirmation page, you will be asked to confirm that you wish to permanently delete your account.
  6. Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the deletion process.

What Happens When You Delete Your Account?

When you confirm the deletion of your account, the following actions will be taken:

  • Your NoodApp account will be permanently deactivated and deleted. You will no longer be able to log in.
  • All personal information associated with your account will be permanently deleted from our primary production databases. This includes your name, email address, phone number, emergency profile details (Next of Kin, ID documents), and activity history.
  • This action is irreversible. Once your account is deleted, it cannot be recovered.

Please note that some anonymized or aggregated data may be retained for analytical and statistical purposes, but this data will not be linked to you personally.
