c. For Service Provider Users (in addition to the above):

When registering as a service provider:

  • Business Registration Certificate: To verify your business legitimacy.
  • Government-Issued ID for Contact Person: For identity verification of the primary contact.
  • Vehicle Registration Document: For towing and ambulance services, to verify vehicle ownership and type.
  • Proof of Insurance: For towing and ambulance services, to ensure adequate coverage.
  • Driver’s License: For towing and ambulance services, to verify driver qualifications.
  • Real-time Location Data: When you are online and available for service, we collect your precise location to dispatch emergency service requests efficiently.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you access and use the Service, we may automatically collect certain information about your device and usage:
